Chief Executive Officer
Jennifer is the CEO of Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth. She fell in love with the charity after touring the Ronald McDonald House in Lubbock, Texas over 18 years ago as a community volunteer. Inspired by the credence of providing comfortable lodging for families of children being treated in nearby hospitals, Jennifer developed a deep passion for the organization. Soon thereafter, she was hired as Business Manager until she moved with her family to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Prior to her promotion as CEO of the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth nine years ago, Jennifer served the organization as Capital Campaign Coordinator and later as Development Director.
Under her leadership, she has seen the organization grow from serving 20 families each night with a budget of under $1M to serving 58 families per night with a current budget of over $2.4M. Jennifer serves on the board of directors of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater North Texas and is a member of the Global Advisory Council for Ronald McDonald House Charities. Furthermore, she is an active member of the Fort Worth Rotary, 100 Women Who Care and Women Steering Business. In 2015, her energies garnered the Best Collaboration Effort Award for the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth by the Greatest Gift Catalog Ever, a local exclusive holiday catalog comprised of select area non-profit organizations, and was personally chosen by the same organization to win the Spirit of Community Award in appreciation of her dedication and devotion to the Fort Worth community.
