LIGHTS OF LOVE
ANNUAL HOLIDAY FUNDRAISER
To Kayla and Carl Griffin, the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth® (RMHFW), was the closest thing to a sense of normalcy that they experienced after their son, CT, was born with a congenital heart defect. Traveling back and forth from Waco, Texas was not an option with CT being so sick.
Their social worker at Cook Children’s Medical Center introduced them to RMHFW. The Griffins, along with Kayla’s parents, stayed at the House for 197 days. CT is now in Houston awaiting a heart transplant.
We wish you blessings and joy this holiday season!
Did you know?
87 cents of every dollar donated benefits the core program of keeping families near each other and the medical care they need.
RMHFW is a 4-Star charity as reported on CharityNavigator.org.
In 2016, RMHFW served 947 families who stayed on average of 14 days.
Parents who have stayed at the Ronald McDonald House® believe that the House significantly helped their family’s psychological well-being and their child’s recovery and quality of life.
It is never easy to be away from home, especially when your child is ill; it’s even more difficult during the holidays.
Your gift of $20 or more lights up the lives of our families with love!
