Give to RMHC each time you visit McDonald’s
A few cents added to an order or a coin dropped in a box might not feel like much. But when millions of McDonald’s customers give at thousands of restaurants around the world, those coins add up to help hundreds of thousands of families with hospitalized children. In 2019, over $27 million US dollars in small change was donated by McDonald’s customers alone.

In the U.S., every time you visit a McDonald’s restaurant, choose “Round-Up for RMHC” when you order on the kiosk or ask to “Round-Up” your total at the counter or drive-thru. You may also drop spare change in the RMHC Donation Boxes in restaurants or drive-thru. Both fundraising programs are available year-round in most U.S. restaurants. Outside the U.S., most McDonald’s restaurants have options to donate to RMHC, including Donation Boxes for spare change or kiosks and other options to benefit families served by local RMHC Chapters.
